A long protracted battle in the race for the GOP nomination officially ended Tuesday night with the Texas primary. Romney needed just 58 of the 144 delegates to reach the 1144 delegate count. Most of Romney's former rivals are now backing the presumptive nominee even while he was considered by them to not be conservative enough .
The next task is for the nominee to pick a VP but don't expect an announcement any time soon.

Will the Vikings get a stadium?

There was a self imposed deadline of last Monday. The constitutional deadline is May 21st. End of session is always interesting
