Democrats have often accused the Bush adminstration of silencing its critics and not allowing dissent in this country. They say that the FBI and other federal law enforcement agencies have tried to intimidate liberal groups. Unfortunately they cant name a single case where that has actually happened. Unfortunately in their paranoia they are just assuming its happening. Actually its happened a few times but its rare. Most Americans shouldnt have to be concerned. There is a provision in the PATRIOT Act that prohibits a citizen from talking about certain search warrants but that only applies to warrants involving alleged terrorism.
I am now going to turn the tables on the liberals and accuse them of violating other peoples free speech rights. They have shouted down numerous conservatives and disrupted many conservative events. There was an event at Emory University recently where David Horowitz could not speak because he was being heckled so much. Also a choir group from Yale on tour in California was literally assaulted. These left wing radicals are out of control and dangerous. There was a group out in California that disrupted a church service by going to the service and getting communion.
