Molnau grilled at State Capitol

Lt. Governor Carol Molnau was grilled about the conduct of her role as the head of MNDOT by a Senate Committee. Legislative leaders have called on her resignation after the bridge collapse and the Pawlenty administrations handling of the department.
Molnau should not resign. She has done a great job as the Commissioner of MNDOT. Because of her the roads of MN are finally getting repaired. Obviously we can spend more but at least we are getting a good start. The blame lies with legislative leaders who have their priorities wrong. Raising taxes wont solve their spending binge. They will always want more than they get. This is an overall political strategy by the DFL majority to dicredit the Pawlenty administration.
